The MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) is drafted, mutually agreed and will be signed jointly at the VI Polish mining Congress in Lublin/ Bogdanka later this month.
It brings together the operator of the largest and most efficient hard coal mine in Europe, with over 50 years of experience, and over 100 years of UK underground mining experience operating safe, modern mechanised mines, with the primary aim of delivering competent mining people solutions. Our teams of like-minded multi-disciplinary experts will work together on developing competencies in underground mining and implementing modern mining technologies, already combining our expertise to meet the needs of the Indian underground mining market working together on Mine planning and operations proposals, DPR’s and MDO’s
The Mining Competence Community (MCC) platform developed by Brownlee Cale Mining creates a conduit for collaboration across international boundaries and a forum for the exchange of knowledge, experience, and best practice in the mining sector. Together we offer a means by which young engineers and the workforce of tomorrow can learn and be mentored by experts in their respective fields, means by which we can capture and share many years of underground mining experience. We are creating a sustainable best in class competence built on tried and tested international case studies.
