Andrew Fulton is a Chartered Mining Engineer with more than 30 years of leadership across the global mining industry. He has held senior operational and executive roles with Anglo American, UK Coal, and ICL, and is now Director of GatesBridge Ltd and Brownlee Cale Mining.
Andrew specialises in turning around underperforming assets, leading complex technical evaluations, and delivering operational strategies that unlock long-term value. His assignments span the UK, Europe, Africa, India, Russia, and Central Asia, covering coal, potash, polyhalite, precious metals and industrial minerals.
Alongside his consultancy and operational leadership, Andrew plays an active role in shaping the UK mining sector through professional bodies and industry groups.
